The Sacramento International Auto Show is offering free parking for the first 200 daily and extra discounts for seniors 60+, veterans and government employees (state, city and county). The free parking for the first 200 people daily is sponsored by Nissan. Show-goers are encouraged to arrive early to take advantage of this $7 savings.
In honor of the Veteran’s Day holiday, anyone showing military ID Friday and Monday will get $3 off the price of tickets. "We wanted to honor our Veterans and we thought this was a great way to do it,” said Bill Walsh, President of the Central Valley New Car Dealer Association which sponsors the Auto Show. With this discount, admission price for veterans on those two days is only $6.
In addition, seniors 60+ and all government employees (state, county or city) with ID will receive $3 off the price of tickets on Friday and Monday. "The Auto Show would like to show their appreciation to all government employees and our active senior community, and wanted to extend this discount to them," continued Walsh. With their discount, admission price for seniors and government employees is also $6.
Ticket prices are $9 for adults, children under 12 are free. $2 off discount coupons – good for all four days- are available at participating Central Valley New Car Dealer Association members and participating Golden 1 Credit Unions.
Show hours are Friday 11:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday 10am to 8pm, Sunday 10am to 8pm and Monday 10am to 6pm. More Auto Show information is available at www.sacautoshow.com.
