The Show Behind The Wheel

Friday through Sunday in October, get behind the wheel at the Ride and Drive event at the Sac Auto Show.

At the Sacramento International Auto Show, the real show starts behind the wheel. Show-goers will have the opportunity to experience brands at our two on-site Ride & Drives.  New this year AUDI EV will be bringing in the best in Audi EV technology, and back again for 2023 , SMUD will be featuring an all-electric ride & drive where you can test drive the latest in electric vehicle technology from BMW, Chevrolet, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Tesla, Toyota and Volkswagen. 

*To drive, restrictions vary between Ride and Drives and show goers must have a current driver’s license and be 21 years or older and pass a breathalyzer. Minors can attend the event with a parent or legal guardian, and children can ride as passengers if they are at least 4’9″ (57 inches) tall or over 8 years old. Children 8 years and older who are not 57 inches tall may ride with proof of age (birth certificate or passport). Car seats are not provided. Please bring your own car seat if your child is required to ride in one.

*There is no additional fee to drive or participate in the event. Ride and drive hours start at 10:00 a.m., check posted signs on site for end times. Ride and Drives are during daylight hours only.
